Mach® External Vibrators

The unique design of the Mach® External Vibrator requires no bearings and contains only three moving parts. All parts are made in America. A wide-range of interchangeable weights is available to allow customers to change the performance of each vibrator. The direction of weight rotation can be easily changed in minutes, and is not affected by moving the air supply hose connection to either end of the vibrator. Exhaust air is vented into the mounting to protect interior parts from contamination.

MACH 1

The Mach 1 Vibrator is the most popular mounting style, and combines the easy movement of a portable vibrator with the rigid mounting of a permanent vibrator.

MACH 2

The Mach 2 Series is designed for applications where infrequent movement of the vibrator is required. Four bolts are used for mounting.

MACH 4

The Mach 4 Style is a mounting system where the rotary migration of the vibrator wedges itself into the mounting bracket. This system is used where fast and frequent movement of vibrators is required.
